I started Integrated Lifestyle Massage to revolutionize your outlook on massage therapy. It's my priority to recommend and guide clients to the most beneficial massage treatment. Over the years, I’ve trained in variety of modalities, including Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Assisted Stretching, among others. This allows me to integrate different techniques into each session to provide the most effective treatment to help you relax, release tension and experience lasting relief.
I am a professional massage therapist specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pain Management. I also offer relaxation sessions for those who prefer lighter pressure or need time to de-stress.
